Warranty Policy

Coverage

Products sold by MartOnline are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period shown on each product page (for example, “5 Years” on many hybrid inverters). Where no period is listed, a 1 year manufacturer warranty applies. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to make a claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 3493060 with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video.
2. Our team will troubleshoot with you and, where needed, arrange inspection with the brand's authorised service centre.
3. If the fault is covered, the product is repaired or replaced as decided by the manufacturer.

Please keep your order number and the original packaging and serial-number labels — they are required for most claims.

What is not covered

• Damage from incorrect installation, wiring or system sizing, or from installation by non-qualified persons.
• Lightning, power surges, water ingress beyond the product's IP rating, fire, accidents or physical damage.
• Use of incompatible batteries, panels or accessories outside the manufacturer's specifications.
• Products whose serial number has been removed, altered or tampered with, or that have been opened or repaired by unauthorised parties.
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage and battery capacity loss within the manufacturer's stated limits.

Transport for claims

Unless the manufacturer states otherwise, the customer is responsible for safely sending the product to the service centre or to us; return delivery of repaired or replaced items is arranged by us or the brand.
