Please read these terms before placing an order.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or phone; an order is accepted only once confirmed. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order details.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Solar equipment prices change frequently; the price confirmed by our server at checkout is the price you pay. Products marked “Price on request” are quoted on WhatsApp.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery is available on orders under Rs 10,000.
- Orders of Rs 10,000 and above require bank transfer. Bank details will be shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
- Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received and verified.
Delivery
We deliver to all of Pakistan, normally within 2-5 working days of confirmation. Shipping is Rs 200 per order and free on orders above Rs 10,000. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or public holidays.
Installation and use
Solar inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified technician according to the manufacturer's instructions. MartOnline is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, sizing or use.
Warranty and returns
Warranty claims and returns are handled under our Warranty Policy and Return Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or savings.
